Carolyn Kelly Colella
Meet the Founder, Carolyn Colella — with Lake, her off-track thoroughbred rescue horse. Carolyn created GlobeWater & Solar when she discovered women’s access to clean water was disproportionally impacted in remote circumstances or in the face of natural disasters and other crises. As she is deeply passionate about farming, green infrastructure practices, and equine sustainability initiatives, Carolyn is devoted to integrating Globe’s technology, as part of the Climate Change Revolution.
Of significance: after acceptance into the Smart Futures Lab 2023 Inaugural Business Incubator cohort in Denver, Colorado, Carolyn's vision gained momentum. Here, amidst the vibrant energy of innovation, Carolyn found a nurturing space for growth.

Moe Moe Aye
Moe Moe comes to GlobeWater & Solar by way of the Bank of America Institute/Cornell Women’s Entrepreneurship Program. Moe Moe stepped in to support the team with a renewable energy eye and was an asset during the Smart Futures Lab Design and Prototype sessions during GlobeWater & Solar’s Business Incubation tenure with the Lab.

I have worked in both research and industry, and have gained experiences ranging from design and analysis of offshore wind foundations to modeling and conducting integrated load simulations of offshore wind turbines. I thrive under challenges and am always on the lookout for new learning experiences, which has led me to grow professionally and personally over the years.

Victor represented GlobeWater & Solar in an electrical engineering capacity for 5G technology information taught in sessions hosted by the Smart Futures Lab. GlobeWater & Solar valued this opportunity and looks forward to working with Victor again in 2024 for 5G protype tests on the UC Denver Engineering & Design Campus, based in in Denver, CO.

Haley returned to GlobeWater & Solar in 2023 for a reboot of her original website creation of 2016 — and this big reveal of her recent design has been rewarding! Haley also supported GlobeWater & Solar for Design & Prototyping as well as 5G Technology sessions with the Smart Futures Lab, as part of her dedication and commitment to this company.
